The Indianapolis Star reported today that the governor of Indiana, Mitch Daniels, was bit by a dog earlier in the week, when "the governor unintentionally startled the animal with his Harley Davidson motorcycle." From the rest of the article, it sounds like the governor and even animal control did not think the dog was to blame. It makes me wonder whether the incident could have been avoided had the governor been better at reading and speaking dog body language!
